- QA Validation & Testing: Introduced acceptance criteria validation and implemented end-to-end testing processes, with particular focus on validating the behaviour of their LLM (large language model) and associated infrastructure to meet functional and regulatory requirements.
- Defect Management: Established QA reporting processes, defect management workflows, and dashboards to track and prioritise issues, providing clear communication to management and full transparency across the team.
- Early Bug Discovery: By shifting testing earlier in the development cycle, Lee helped the team discover bugs during development rather than in production, reducing costly late-stage fixes and regulatory risks.
