Inspiring the next generation
We love working with various local organisations to support young tech talent in developing the skills they need for future success.
Several Ghyston employees volunteer with CodeBar, and we regularly host their programming evenings, supporting everything from coding work to interview practice. We also have strong links with many universities and are proud sponsors of the University of Bristol Women in STEM.

Ghyston’s inclusive community
Every voice matters
Our Quarterly Reports, published by our people team, keep everyone updated with our thoughts and activities around EDI. Unified decision-making processes allow individuals to contribute to what matters most.
Our Guide for Allies, for example, was created by our employees for our employees to let everyone know that they are in a safe and welcoming place.

Improving Diversity in the tech sector
It isn’t just our team we want to impact positively; we also work closely with the tech community on outreach projects to improve diversity
As signatories to the Bristol Women in Business Charter and the Motherboard Charter, we commit to annual goals, learn from fellow signatories, and encourage others to promote gender equality. By actively engaging with these charters, we foster an environment that supports women’s advancement and empowers them to succeed.
