We’re delighted to introduce our two Charities of the Year at Ghyston!

Each year, we select two organisations to support: a Mission Partner that aligns with our commitment to ethical and impactful software development, and a Community Partner that holds special significance for our team. Our Mission Partner reflects our dedication to responsible and innovative technology, while our Community Partner is chosen for its personal or local relevance to our colleagues.

For 2025, our Mission Partner is Tech for Good South West. Their work is a perfect fit for our values at the Ghyston Foundation, and we’re eager to collaborate with them on governance in technical and non-technical organisations, ethical software development, and fostering impactful innovation. This partnership is an exciting opportunity to drive meaningful change in the sector—stay tuned for updates!

Our Community Partner this year is Endometriosis UK, a cause that resonates deeply with members of our team. We’re proud to support their mission to raise awareness, provide crucial information, and advocate for better care for those affected. We’re looking forward to dedicating our energy and resources to helping them make a difference.

We’re excited about what lies ahead with these partnerships. Keep an eye out for updates as we embark on an inspiring year of collaboration and impact!

Arun Mundray, CTO at Kallidus, put it well: the rapid pace of AI adoption in engineering has made it harder than ever to objectively assess where your team actually stands. That's exactly the gap a good assessment is designed to fill.
