Emily Hill

Director of People and Culture

Emily founded Ghyston with husband Ric, having worked together at London-based Softwire for five years. Having studied Mathematics at Oxford University, Emily started her career as a developer and then a technical project manager before becoming Director of People and Culture. She’s now dedicated to making sure that our employees are all happy, motivated and thriving, as well as attracting the best staff in the industry to join us as we grow.
Away from the office you’re most likely to find Emily playing in mud – either on an adventure with her three children or with friends racing her way round an obstacle course.
